Description:

Devit-D3 Drop gives baby the support and nutrients their little bodies crave! Vitamin D3, often known as the sunshine vitamin, is essential for the effective calcium and phosphate absorption required for healthy bones and teeth, preventing rickets, osteomalacia, and osteoporosis. Vitamin D3 is also essential to prevent pre-eclampsia during pregnancy and breastfeeding as it is an essential nutrient for a growing infant.

Composition:

Each 5 ml contains: Lichen Extract (as Vitamin D3) 5000 IU. Excipients: Sodium Benzoate BP 6.00 mg, Pineapple Flavor Ph. Grade 0.001 ml, Orange Colour Ph. Grade 0.001 mg, DM Water q.s. to 30 ml.

Indication:

• Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) • Bowed legs or knock knees & delayed growth • Bone pain or tenderness & weaker bones • Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) • Thickened wrists and ankles & Osteomalacia • Increased risk of fractures & Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis • Clubfoot (Talipes Equinovarus) & Chondromalacia Patella • Muscle weakness & impaired immune function • Osteomyelitis, Perthes Disease, Scoliosis & Malabsorption • Dental problems in infants & children

Dosage & Administration:

To be taken as per registered physician's advice. Dispense: First, shake the bottle, then using the dropper, gently squeeze to dispense the drops. Administration: Can be given in several ways: • Using a spoon • Directly into baby's mouth with dropper • With milk • On the nipple while breastfeeding • Mixed into food or drinks for older children

Does not interact with other medicines in recommended doses.

Contraindicated to patients who have hypersensitivity to any ingredients of this medicine.
