Description:

RE-Lax is a refreshing, orange-flavoured natural high-fiber drink formulated with a synergistic blend of Psyllium Husk and Senna Leaf. Psyllium husk acts as a bulk-forming laxative that absorbs water to soften the stool, while Senna leaf provides a gentle stimulating effect on the bowel muscles. This dual-action formula effectively and gently relieves occasional and chronic constipation, promotes regular bowel movements, and improves overall digestive health.

Composition:

Each container holds 120 gm of Orange-flavoured powder containing a natural blend of Psyllium Husk and Senna Leaf extract in appropriate therapeutic proportions, along with natural flavor and pharmaceutical excipients.

Indication:

Gentle relief of occasional and chronic constipation, irregular bowel movements, bowel management for patients with piles (hemorrhoids) or anal fissures (by keeping stools soft), and maintaining a healthy digestive tract.

Dosage & Administration:

Typically, 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls of powder mixed into a full glass of water, fruit juice, or milk, taken 1 to 2 times daily (preferably at bedtime), or as directed by a registered physician. Drink immediately after mixing.

Drug Interaction:

Laxatives can decrease the absorption of other orally administered medications. It is recommended to take RE-Lax at least 2 hours before or after taking any other medicines.

Side Effects:

Generally well-tolerated. Temporary mild bloating, flatulence, or minor abdominal cramps may occur initially. Insufficient fluid intake can lead to throat swelling or bowel obstruction. Prolonged use of Senna may cause bowel dependency.

Contraindications:

Undiagnosed abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction, severe dehydration, appendicitis, or hypersensitivity to Psyllium Husk, Senna, or any other ingredient.

Pregnancy & Lactation:

Consult a registered physician before use during pregnancy. Senna may be excreted in breast milk in very small amounts; hence, it should be used with caution during lactation.

Storage Conditions:

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed after each use. Keep out of reach of children.

Precaution & Caution:

Must be consumed with an adequate amount of liquid (at least one full glass) to prevent the powder from swelling in the throat or esophagus. Do not use continuously for more than 1 to 2 weeks without medical supervision due to the presence of Senna.
