Description:
Cofbex (Jastishia) is a highly effective Ayurvedic herbal cough syrup containing pure Vasak (Justicia adhatoda / Jastishia) liquid extract (2.5 ml per 5 ml), formulated in accordance with the Bangladesh National Ayurvedic Formulary (B.N.A.F). Vasak is renowned for its potent mucolytic, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and bronchodilatory properties. Cofbex liquefies thick mucus and sputum, soothes irritated bronchial mucous membranes, relieves acute and chronic cough, eases bronchial spasms, reduces fever, and clears pulmonary congestion during respiratory infections.

Each 5 ml contains: Vasak (Justicia adhatoda / Jastishia) Liquid Extract 2.5 ml & other ingredients with required excipients.
