Description:

Oral treatment with 500–1500 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid improves symptoms associated with diabetic neuropathy. A-Win-500 (Alpha Lipoic Acid 500 mg) has strong antioxidant properties that help reduce oxidative stress, improve nerve blood flow, nerve conduction velocity, and support overall nerve function.
